Sector Key West USCG Asbestos Abatement

Abate Asbestos Flooring And Pipe Insulation, Building 48-Sector Command Building At U.S.C.G. Sector Key West-Key West, FL.

Scope of Work:

  1. Isolation of the work area
  2. Removal of approximately 1,600 square feet of VAT and black mastic from various rooms on the second floor
  3. Final cleaning and inspection to determine the area to be free of visible debris
  4. Bag the waste and place in enclosed container
  5. Dispose of waste as asbestos containing waste at an approved landfill

Chavez County, NM

Scope of Work:

  1. Demolition of existing concrete pond kettle and constructing new concrete replacement kettle.
  2. Earth work: Reshaping of pond side-slopes at kettle area to ensure a smooth and uniform pond slope and re-compaction of minimum of 12 inches beneath kettle.
  3. New kettle shall be constructed at the given elevation of demolished structure to ensure that water does not “pond” at the pond liner/kittle attachments.

Location: Work under this Contract is located approximately 25 miles southeast of Roswell, New Mexico, on the Southwestern Native Aquatic Resources & Recovery Center formerly known as Dexter National Fish Hatchery & Technology Center.

Fort Detrick, Maryland

Several of the Fort Detrick residents have reported brown water in their potable water supply. Potable water supplied to the housing area is fed by two 8″ water mains and the piping material throughout housing is comprised of PVC material.

Scope of Work:

  1. The objective of this contract is to install two micron filters, one on each water main leading into housing, to eliminate the occurrence of brown water.
  2. The filters shall be capable of eliminating silt, dirt, and the cloudy water.
  3. The filter assemblies shall be installed directly on the water mains inside an underground enclosure.
  4. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to install two new micron filters, one of each of the 8″ water mains leading into the housing area and construct a service shed around the assemblies.
  5. The contractor shall coordinate with the COR utility interruptions/shutoffs and any road closures required to complete work for this project.

The SCOPE OF WORK for the Project includes all Planning, Execution, Transition, and Handoff/Closure of the Installation of Two New Micron Filters.

The existing operator of the gate reached the end of its useful life. Station Davis Island is requesting a cost estimate to remove the old system and replace in kind with new.

NCG is pleased to provide the following quote for the above referenced services, as requested by your office. We are proposing to remove section of three-inch ductile iron pipe outside the medical building and replace with new pipe.

USDA Temple, TX-Demolish Bldg

The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required services shall be in accordance with requirements as described herein. The Contractor shall provide services for the following tasks “Provide a cost proposal and a technical proposal to complete the project as per project requirements. Provide and install all material to complete the project as per project requirements.

The facilities will require complete demolition and site restoration. Contractor shall submit required environmental permits. Contractor will survey and abate asbestos containing material prior to demolition. A 10 day notification form must be submitted to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Copies of the survey results and 10 day notification shall be provided to the 325 CES Asbestos Program Manager.

Fort Leonard Wood, MO-Demo Trailers

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish the Re-locatable buildings located on Oklahoma Ave and Minnesota Ave as identified below in Section II. Work shall also include, but is not necessarily limited to removing the demolished buildings and contents, as required.
